REMINISCENCE 2014

To take a walk down the corridors of nostalgia, Reminiscence-2014, the first alumni meet of Subharti nursing college was held on the 27th day of December 2014 at 10.30am. The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp by the Chief Guest Hon’le. Vice Chancellor Prof. Manzoor Ahmed, Dr.N.K Ahuja; Director; Administration, Deans, HODs and faculties of various colleges under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. The occasion was graced by more than 50 Alumni and their family members ranging across various batches.
The salutation of the guests was made through a welcome dance by Ms. Godhuli & Ms. Megha. Welcome address was given by Ex. Capt.(Mrs). Geeta Parwanda; Principal; Subharti nursing college.  A video on alumni days was also made for this occasion & inaugurated by the chief guest Hon’le. Vice Chancellor Prof. Manzoor Ahmed along with the other guests and then the video was displayed for the alumni members. A Guest lecture on adverse drug reactions by Dr. Prem Khosla, (Prof.& Head, Department of Pharmacology, SMC) was arranged for the alumni members in which he addressed to all nursing professionals about safety of drug administration & its reactions and reporting to toll free no. 1800-180-3024. Cultural program was organized in which the alumni participated & showed off their talents which were nostalgic for the teachers and alumni as well. Distribution of mementos for all the alumni members was done by the chief guest Hon’le. Vice Chancellor Prof. Manzoor Ahmed. The words of blessings were given by the chief guest Hon’le. Vice Chancellor Prof. Manzoor Ahmed, in which he wished the alumni’s to grab higher positions in future and to keep high the name of subharti nursing college.
