Regional Nursing Workshop-2015
Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College of Subharti University organized a two day Regional workshop on 12th and 13th May 2015.
Theme : “Cost Effective Care: Nursing Perspective”.
Chief Guest : Dr.Col. N.K Ahuja, Honorable. Vice chancellor, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.
The session was also chaired by Dr. Vijay Bhatnagar, Honorable. Pro-Vice chancellor, Dr. Shailya Raj, Honorable President SKKB Charitable Trust, Lt. Col. Mrs. Sulochna, Principal Matron ,Military Hospital and Ex.Capt .Mrs. Geeta parwanda, Principal, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College.

Lamp lighting Ceremony was held by lighting the lamp in front of goddess Saraswati and portrait of Florence Nightingale by Honorable Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Principal, Organizing Chairperson of the workshop and invited guests.
Welcome address was proposed by Organizing Secretary of the Workshop which was followed by Unfolding the Nurses Day Theme, Nurse- A Force for change-Cost Effective, Care Effective by the invited guests and the organizing chairperson. The message was delivered by Ex. Capt. Mrs. Geeta Parwanda, Principal, PDMSNC.
Keynote address was proposed by the chief guest, Honorable Vice Chancellor, Col. Dr N.K. Ahuja and Subharti Nursing News letter was released in the occasion of Nurses Day 2015 on behalf of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College.
Cake cutting ceremony was organized on the occasion of International Nurses Day 2015. Award was presented to the meritorious students.
Following the inaugural session different sessions and activities related to the theme were presented by various resource people from in and out of the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. Positive Feedback was given by the delegates, as well as the suggestion was taken from the participants to make further workshops and conference more effective. Prize Distribution Ceremony for poster competition and distribution of certificates for the delegates was done by Chief Guest of the day.
